About SIPPY
SIPPY started in 2024 — over schnitty, chips, and one very big conversation at our local pub. We’d just found out we were expecting our first baby, and between the excitement (and slight panic), an idea started brewing.
As two baristas with a love for good coffee and the ability to talk under water, we wanted to create something that felt like us — warm, welcoming, and a little bit cheeky.
So we built SIPPY: a family-run coffee bar that’s all about quality brews and quality banter. A place where you can kick back, caffeinate, smash a fresh sourdough toastie, and feel like part of the crew.
